With the holidays coming up and gift buying heading into full force I thought I would share one money saving tip for all those that online shop. Cashback websites! Let me go into a bit more detail and then share my top 3 sites.
There are websites out there where you can go to see if and what cashback they offer from shopping at different websites. Each cashback website will have a different amount plus some will have bonuses! These will also inform you of any coupon codes or promo codes the website/store has going on. You find the best cash back deal and then click the link they have that will then take you to the original website you wanted to shop with. From there you complete your purchase like normal! It is as easy as that!
From there, there is usually a period of time you have to wait before the cash becomes payable. There are different options depending on the cashback website. Some will send you a check, others will deposit the amount straight into your PayPal account, and some will let you get gift cards, you can literally save hundreds of dollars a year.
I discovered this cash back site first! What I like about this website is that you get a bonus amount on top of your cash back depending how often you use the website. That little bit can quickly add up. I find that this website also has a good selection of stores that it provides cash back on.
I would compare this site to CouponCabin. It was the second cashback website I found. I discovered it had some stores that CouponCabin did not have. So between the two I could usually find a cash back deal. I have also found their customer service to be good! I had a purchase that for some reason did not track and when I emailed them and sent proof or purchase they honored it.
This is my most recent find! While I have the least experience with this website I think, from what I have seen, they have the best cash back deals! I found one today that has 20% back on top of a 10% off!! That’s a good deal! They also have a larger selection of ways to get paid out to which is nice!
I always get frustrated with myself when I forget to check one of these sites before making a purchase. The cash back really adds up (even if you have to wait a few months/weeks for it)! Let me know if you have others I should check out.
