It has been a WHILE since I have done any type of skincare post so I thought now was as good a time as any. I really want to try and find that good balance between travel, fashion, and lifestyle. I thought I would share a good facial sunscreen post for any of you who are interested.

Before Colombia, I knew I needed and had been looking for a good facial sunscreen. On the hike (and beach), I would be in the sun constantly and wanted one that would not break me out but also had a high SPF. I bought this one since it had great reviews. I usually love SkinCeuticals Products but just did not like this one. I found the texture to be gritty and the smell really put me off. I decided to return it since I knew it just wasn’t for me (Dermstore has a great return policy!).

I was still looking for a sunscreen that I could work into my everyday routine and right before I headed to Guatemala I decided to try another one. Again, I knew I was going to be in the sun a lot! I had been eyeing this one and right before I was about to purchase it I found this set for nearly the same price but came with a lot of extra goodies!

I will say I love this sunscreen! I use it every day and it has not broken me out! I also got to try a few other new products. This one I had had my eye on for months, so I was excited to finally get it and try it. The sample that came with this set allowed me to try it for about a week so that I could decide if it would work with my skin type! Stay tuned for a review on that coming soon! I have yet to try this oil and a few of the other products that came in the set but am looking forward to doing so! I’ll keep you posted on what I think!
